I'm ROGER HOOK from Elmira. In regards to your service center. I have had nothing but excellent service and everyone , also including Kristi in service, Mike Sales Manager. , Jim in Parts, Todd in Service, Eric in Sales, Phillip in Warranty , And Otto the owner as well as others that I don't know by name. When we were there for service , we brought a neighbor women with us. She waited with us. She told her hubby that she never has seen a dealership that everyone treats everone so nice and takes care of their customers. She is 70 so has seen alot of different dealers. I HIGHLY recomend this dealership
